Synchronicity?

So, I borrowed a couple of Stitches magazines from the liberry yesterday. They both have articles about using the Lutterloh system.

With a life size copy of the ruler...

Flock for frocks

bonus glitter!

maybe a dress like the sheath shown in the previous post with a big black cummerbund? Or just a simple A-line skirt?

Sheer overdress

can one really have too many?

I keep looking at this pattern wondering if I should make it. I've had it for years...but what fabric would do it justice? (I'm all about the cummerbund lately.)

Muslin slave for OOL

Oooo, someone has made the vintage wrap fat halter and reviewed it on PR - sadly no pic yet! I can't wait to see what it looks like on a person...

PS here are pages of the LOOL (Lutterloh Object Of Lust) which resides in NSW

oops I did it again

I can't help myself.

3 yards winging its way to me for another sarong.

I almost forgot I ordered this...but what a lovely couch slipcover it will be.

Midriffage

Imagine this with a panelled rather than gathered 'skirt'. In either dark red thick stretch or grey stretch denim (I am trying stash reduction thoughts here). Either would make a sassy travel coat.

Or even reversible...

Frocking frenzy!

Horrible sore throat kept me home from work today. Fortunately, I don't sew with my throat.

Have I mentioned...

...how much I love getting parcels of fabric in the mail?
This arrived early this morning. 4 yards!

I'm so used to getting heavy quilter's cotton I thought there must have been some mistake when this thin envelope arrived. But no, it's semi sheeeeer.

Edited to add:

how about this with pintucks through the bodice, and a smaller, 4 gore skirt?
